Delivery, VAT and returns
Order by 3pm on a working day and we deliver the next working day, before 6pm. Orders placed after 3pm, or at the weekend, go out the following working day.
Yes, on orders of £150 or more excluding VAT. Below that, standard delivery is £6.95 and next-day is £9.95.
You can. The counter at our Leeds depot is open Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm. Orders placed online before 3pm are usually ready within two hours; we will email you when yours is.
No, prices on the site are shown excluding VAT, which is added at checkout at the standard rate. Your invoice shows both.
Everything sold as PPE carries its standard on the product page (for example EN ISO 20345 for safety footwear and EN ISO 20471 for hi-vis), and we hold the declarations of conformity if your site manager asks.
Call the counter or email us with your company and VAT numbers. Most accounts are set up the same day, with 30-day terms once approved. See Trade accounts.
Unused goods in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Boots and PPE must be unworn. Cut-to-length and special-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.
